Lourie made the process of buying my first house, by myself, as painless as she could. I didn't know what I was doing, but she did...and even though Lourie represented the man and woman I bought my house from, she took extra care to provide me with information that kept me going in the right direction…throughout all of the paperwork process, inspections, etc. When my lender (my credit union) was slow in reacting to my request for financing, she suggested I find another lender. I did, and am completely satisfied with them. My house closed and I was given the key in less than a month! It was an amazing, fulfilling experience.

We cannot say enough about Lourie Fleet and the way she helped us get our first house. After more than 8 months of looking and bidding on houses with another REALTOR® and not getting anywhere, a friend of ours referred us to Lourie as an alternative. The relationship started off with about an hour long conversation of questions that I needed to ask in order to gauge her work strategy and mindset into what she could offer us. She completely exceeded our expectations with her professionalism and strategic approach to our needs. She was very technologically equipped to help filter out the pros and cons of every house we looked at and it really saved time on looking at choices that would get us nowhere. Once we finally settled on a house, Lourie went straight to work and was extremely diligent with the negotiations with the bank.
